These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern the use of the tradewiseglobal.hu website (the Website). By using the Website you accept the Terms. The Hungarian version is the governing version.
2. Purpose of the Website: general information only
The Website and all communications of Tradewise Global Investments Kft. (Tradewise Global), including information calls, webinars, emails and the sending of reports, are general and informational only. Their purpose is to explain, clearly and in Hungarian, how the services provided by third-party providers connected to the Tradewise group (section 4) work.
Nothing on the Website is investment advice, an investment recommendation, an offer or invitation to sell any financial instrument or service, or legal, tax or accounting advice. The content does not take account of your personal financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.
3. What Tradewise Global does not do
Tradewise Global is not an investment firm or financial service provider, is not supervised by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (Central Bank of Hungary), and carries out no licensed financial, ancillary financial or investment service activity. Accordingly, Tradewise Global:
- gives no investment advice or personal recommendations;
- sells no financial products or services and signs no contracts with clients;
- does not accept, hold or transfer client money, funds or financial instruments;
- does not receive, transmit or execute orders;
- does not open accounts or carry out client identification on behalf of any other provider.
Everyone decides independently whether to use the services described, and any contract is made directly between that person and the relevant provider, under the provider's own terms.
4. The providers described
- Tradewise Elite Investments LLC (Dubai, UAE; Dubai Commercial Licence No. 1123812) – provides the investment structure and PAMM account; Vantage Markets IB (Introducing Broker) partner; does not trade;
- Nuqi Digital Wealth Ltd – registered in the DIFC and authorised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) under reference F007613; owns the AI trading system and carries out all trading;
- Vantage Markets – broker with which the interested person opens an account directly, in their own name; profit share is settled automatically on its PAMM platform.
These providers act on their own responsibility, under their own terms, privacy notices and applicable laws. Tradewise Global is not their representative or agent, and gives no guarantee and accepts no liability for their activities. Tradewise Elite's own terms: tradewiseelite.com/#/terms.
5. Performance data, target return, risk
Performance data, case studies, testimonials and target returns on the Website are historical or target figures published by the Tradewise group, shown unchanged together with the stated period; gross figures are before fees. The monthly target (approx. 3–4%) is a target, not a promise or a guarantee.
Investing, particularly leveraged trading in currency and commodity markets, carries significant risk; some or all capital invested may be lost. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Stop-losses and other risk controls cannot guarantee a specific execution price or rule out losses. Before deciding, read the providers' official documents and, if needed, consult an independent, licensed professional.
6. Enquiries, webinars, report requests
Submitting a form, booking an information call, registering for a webinar or requesting reports creates no client or contractual relationship and no payment obligation. These are free of charge. Please do not send account numbers, passwords, identity documents or other highly sensitive data through a form. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Website's texts, graphics, branding and code are the intellectual property of Tradewise Global or their respective owners. Viewing for personal, non-commercial purposes and reasonable quotation with attribution are permitted; any other use requires prior written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
8. Liability
Tradewise Global takes care in preparing the Website but does not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradewise Global is not liable for losses arising from investment or other decisions based on the Website, from the activities of third-party providers, or from the Website being unavailable. This does not affect liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, damage to life, physical integrity or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
9. External links and content
The Website may contain links to external sites and, with your permission, embedded external content (YouTube, Cal.com, Google Maps, TradingView). The respective provider is responsible for that content and its data processing. Details: Cookie Policy.
10. Changes, governing law
Tradewise Global may amend these Terms unilaterally; changes take effect when published on the Website. The Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Hungarian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules. You can send complaints to tradewiseg@gmail.com.
